400 gr tahoe – 1 ui – 1 t knoflook – 2 cm verse gember – 2 el olie – 200 gr tomaatblokjes (evt uit blik) – 1 tl ketoembar – ½ tl kurkuma – 200 gr diepvrieserwten – 50 gr cashewnoten – 1 el sesamolie – peper en zout
Tahoe fijn hakken. De ui, knoflook en gember heel fijn snijden en fruiten in de olie. Voeg de tahoe toe en bak lichtbruin. Voeg de tomaten, ketoembar en kurkuma toe. Laat 1 min pruttelen. Voeg de erwten toe en laat zachtjes 10 min pruttelen. Voeg de cashewnoten toe, warm goed mee en maak op smaak met peper en zout. Voeg vlak voor het serveren de sesamolie toe.
