4 grote rode uien – 3 el olijfolie – 2 takjes tijm – 2-3 el balsamico-azijn – evt peper en zout
De oven voorverwarmen op 200o C. De uien pellen en in 4-en snijden. Verdeel ze over 4 grote vellen aluminiumfolie, begiet met de olie en azijn en strooi de tijm (peper en zout) erover.
Vouw de pakketjes goed dicht en leg ze op een bakplaat. Zet ca 30 min in de oven. Uit de oven de pakketjes openen en het vrijgekomen vocht over de uien gieten. Laat verder afkoelen. Serveer op kamertemperatuur.
