½ kleine rode kool – 2 winterwortelen (middelgroot) – 50 gr rozijnen – 1 tl suiker – 1,25 ml zure room – ½ el citroensap – peper en zout
Wortelen fijn raspen. Kool schoonmaken, stronk eruit halen, en in hele fijne reepjes snijden. Kool mengen met wortel en rozijnen. Zure room losroeren met citroensap, suiker, peper en zout. Schep dit door de kool.
Laat ½ uur in koelkast op smaak komen.
